Ossau-Iraty is a sheep’s milk cheese made in the Pyrenees region of France. It is from unpasteurized milk that the Agour company (a family company steeped in tradition) creates this magnificent cheese. Aged for a minimum of 6 months, this AOC protected cheese is of a quality and complexity rarely seen.
