Our owner, Alan, makes this bread in house. It is fashioned after a rustic European style of bread, Poilane out of Paris. The loaf contains lots of walnuts and raisins and is great for breakfast or with many of our cheeses. It has a dense interior and a chewy crust, just perfect lightly toasted and dipped into your favorite soft cheese; Rush Creek Reserve, St. Marcellin or fondue come to mind.
