Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our website. Telephone orders can be placed Monday - Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm CST at (920)347-0334.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards for all orders. We will accept gift certificates for telephone orders only.
You can trust that your order will be processed as quickly as possible in a manner that will ensure its integrity and safe delivery. Shipping cheese is unlike shipping a bottle of olive oil or a box of cookies, and to insure that it arrives in the same palatable condition it was in when it left us, we take a few simple precautions. We wrap your cheese in special cheese papers and/or plastic wrap and, in some cases, a zip loc bag. We package the perishable items in an insulated box with cold packs sufficient to ensure that your cheeses and meats arrive in the right environment. If the ultimate destination of your order is unusually warm, we may insist that your package be shipped overnight.
Some of our more perishable products may require an expedited shipping method, particularly during the warm weather months of June-August. For these, we strongly recommend using your best discretion when selecting your shipping option. This map may help with your FedEx shipping option selection.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States using FedEx. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight and the destination of the package. Due to extended transit times, all shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must be shipped 2-Day or Overnight. For non-perishable items, Flat Rate Priority Mail is available.
It is our goal to process all orders received as soon as we can to ensure proper delivery to its destination. Our top priority is for the items to arrive in the best condition possible. Therefore, depending on what day the order was placed, the method of shipping chosen, the final destination for the package and the current weather conditions, your order may wait until the following Monday to ship. If we anticipate any further delay, we will contact you via email to let you know when to expect your box.
If you've ordered a weighed item from us such as cheese or meat, please note that we hand-cut to your order and, as a result, there will often be some variation in weight - some pieces might be a bit under the weight you ordered and others might be a bit over - it tends to work out on balance. In addition, due to seasonal availability and supply limitations, we may need to substitute items within our gift selections to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always compose your gift with alternative ingredients of equal or greater quality and value.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us about it within 24 hours of receiving the box. We cannot be responsible for delayed shipments due to weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. If sending the box as a gift, please let them know it's coming!
