Spanish Lemonade

Twist on the old standby

Pitcher of ice water
sugar to taste
Cepa Vieja- Spanish 40 year old Sherry Vinegar( sold here at store)

I have tried this recipe and find it refreshing. Add to your pitcher of ice water enough sugar or honey to your taste. Use the vinegar as you would lemon juice. The liquid should have a light purple color and a slight vinegar smell. Use this in place of lemonade on a hot sunny day and I think you will be pleasantly supprised!
