Fromage ForteThis is a great way to use up the leftover bits and pieces of cheese that collect in your refrigerator.
3-4 cloves garlic 1/2 cup dry white wine 1 teaspoon black pepper (or more, to taste) Throw all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. If too dry, add a little more wine. You can also add any herbs you'd like. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld. Serve with crackers or bread. |
