Cobb Salad

    1/2 cup olive oil
    3 Tbs. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbs. chopped fresh chives
    2 tsp. honey Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    9 oz. baby greens
    2 cups diced smoked turkey or chicken
    2 cups diced plum tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups diced avocados
    1 cup chopped hard boiled eggs
    1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
    1 cup crumbled blue cheese

Blend first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Divide greens among six plates. Place rows of turkey, tomatoes and avocados atop greens. Sprinkle each salad with eggs, bacon and blue cheese. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
