Asparagus Rolls with Serrano Ham and Jarlsberg

This is a wonderful way to serve asparagus.

    12 asparagus spears
    12 slices Serrano ham (you can use proscuitto instead)
    3-4 oz. grated Jarlsberg

Boil the asparagus in salted water for 1 minute. Put in ice water to retain the color, let drain. Wrap a slice of ham around each spear and sprinkle with grated Jarlsberg. Broil them in your oven on high until lightly browned and bubbly (this doesn't take long). Serve immediately.
